one of my xbox'z powers up but wont boot...i've tried everything i could think of,i think its dead but if anybody might know how to fix this box it would be very much appreciated....

i'm saying there is no green ring..it stays on black screen i get nothing but the power light on the rf board

check the settings on the av cable(make sure it didnt get switched between hdtv and tv)

already check them...reflowed,checked ana chip....it'll turn on but wont boot up the only light that comes on is the center green light for power...i've done everything that i know..theres no bad resisters or missing compassaders,everything is where it should be.....it's a mistery box, the guy i fix them for just gave me two more that does the same thing....not all that worried bout it, i got five working boxes...just like to find out what is causing it and be able to fix it.
