Just sold another account to thordieringer! Delivery took about 5 hours. Delivery will vary depending on what time you order. If you order at about 11PM - 4AM EST you will most likely get your account in under 5 hours. But if you order before this time, expect delivery to take greater than 5 hours, or less than 24 hours.

They are US accounts.

How much does it cost for 4000 Points?
It costs $12.00 for 4000 Points. Soon there will be a buy in bulk option, for less money. But currently you are only allowed 4000 points per transaction.

How are you able to sell these points for so cheap?
We have partnered with overseas suppliers and they have agreed to solely work with us. This is why the points are able to be sold at such low prices.

Do I receive the points by a card via mail, or do you send them by code via email?
Actually, we send you neither of those. We send you an account that is preset with the amount of points you purchased. You then use the account we sent you, to purchase anything you would like.

How will I receive my account information?
You will receive you account information through email. When you pay through paypal on our Buy Now page we will then have your email address. You will then receive an email from product.details@myvirtualgoodsmarket.com containing your account info.

When do I receive my points after purchase?
You will receive your account(s) in 1-2 days, if it takes longer we will notify you immediately.

How long do these accounts last for?
These accounts last for approximately 10 days to ensure you have enough time to spend your purchased points.

Why do they only last for 10 days?
Our accounts only last for 10 days because we want to ensure that you have enough time to spend your purchased points.

If I request it, can you make the time allotted to spend my points longer?
No, we will not extend the time of your account. 10 days is the set due date, and if you do not spend your points within the allotted time we will not be held responsible.

My account didn't last 10 days and I didn't get to spend all my points? What do I do?
If your account did not last 10 days and you didn't get the chance to spend all your points please contact us through the support contact form. We will either fix the account or send you a new one.

If you spend all your points, and the account does NOT last for 10 days do not contact us. You have spent your moneys worth and so our transaction is done. If you try to scam us by lying, we will know and we will immediately blacklist you.

If I want to buy more what do I do, there is no option to buy more than one?
We would prefer that you buy your points separately. Buy one spend it all, come back and buy another. This will only be temporary, and in the future the option to buy multiples will be available.

After I use all the points and such, can I delete the account off my Xbox?
No, you may not. That account holds the copyrights to whatever your buying, and if you delete it... Well obviously you lose those copyrights and you may no longer use the downloaded content.

Do I have to stay on the account every time I want to use the downloaded content?
Nope. All you have to do is download the content on the account, then switch to your account and use it. Easy as that.

How do I pay you guys?
Currently, we only accept payment through paypal. Although more payment processors maybe implemented in the future.
