so i keep hearin people on xbl lookin for consoles with the old dashboard,and r willing to pay top dollar... so whts top dollar???

Not sure but my estimate would be about twice as much as you pay for a regular xbox, the later you sell it the more the value will go up with the demand.

True .... But there is also the possibility that a new exploit will be discovered that allows newer consoles to be modified. If so the value of exploitable boxes would depreciate a lot.

On XS they seem to be going for around $150 for a bare xenon console and it goes up from there if they are new/never had red ring, have hdmi, etc

so far ive jtagged 2 xenons and 1 zephyr

Hmm, I guess I should really get mine fixed up soon then I got like 8 exploitable ones on my to do stack.

close to $100 id say at least for a broken one, working ones with old dashes just the 360 are worth $150+ with prices rising fast, because you can make a lot of money on them if you jtag it. Also since you can't jtag the newer 360s there are only so many out there, and like i said prices are going up.

Lol i was so lucky though, i was on ebay looking through buy it now and i got a 360 that hasn't been opened, all the wires included, adn a wireless controller all for $37.50! So thats great as it is, so i end up fixing it in 20 mins and find its pre nxe dash of 6717 so i sent it somewhere to jtag it, and so i got a jtag with the wires for less that $100! =-)

wot does the old style dash look like or how do i know i have one plz?

if u kno wht the dash looks like now with the avatars and such,thn whn u c the old style u will tell right away as it looks nothing like nxe does
